Si un envoi nous est retourné en cas d’adresse incomplète, ou mal renseignée par le client, ou pour raison de non présence de celui-ci, tous frais de port supplémentaires sont à sa charge (frais de retour et éventuellement de ré-éxpédition).

9 – Droit de rétractation
A compter de la date de livraison de la commande, le client, s’il est un particulier, dispose d’un délai de 7 jours pour faire valoir son droit de rétractation et être remboursé, les frais de renvoi des marchandises restant à sa charge. Lorsque le délai de sept jours expire un samedi, un dimanche ou un jour férié ou chômé, il est prorogé jusqu’au premier jour ouvrable suivant. Toutefois, les produits incomplets, endommagés ou salis ne seront pas repris. Le refus de la livraison, ou le fait de ne pas aller retirer le colis à La Poste, ne peuvent en aucun cas être considérés comme l’expression du droit de rétractation par le client. Sport goodies se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande d’un client qui aurait déjà exercé son droit de rétractation à plusieurs reprises.
