This process, if approved by the manufacturer, can take between 4-6 weeks to complete. Refurbished, used or open box products are ineligible to have warranties reset. If the manufacturer will not reset the warranty, then 90 days or balance of remaining warranty applies. Courier damage: If we have shipped an item to you using a courier, instead of Australia Post, and you notice the item is damaged when the courier arrives – do not sign for or accept the shipment.
