Medical device OliproxTM nail polish has been developed as an effective and efficient means of preventing fungal infection and as an adjunct in the treatment of onychomycosis (nail fungus). Onychomycosis is an infectious chronic disease caused by dermophytes, yeasts or molds, which causes the nail plate to become opaque, lose its shine, and become brittle. Later, the nail turns yellow, thickens, becomes uneven, rough. At first, only the nail of one finger may be affected, later all other nails are affected. OliproxTM nail polish contains unique active ingredients: climbazole, piroctone olamine and rosemary extract. It is a water based gel. Climbazole and piroctone olamine have a unique effect against microorganisms that damage healthy nails. Rosemary extract protects against many bacteria that are present in our environment. This gel forms a film on the nail plate that protects against microorganisms that damage the nails. The combination of active ingredients destroys microorganisms already present on the nail plate. Usage: OliproxTM nail polish is recommended to be used once or twice a day. Before using for the first time, it should be applied to the entire surface of the cut nails. Leave to dry for about 3-4 minutes. It is not recommended to remove OliproxTM nail polish within 2-3 hours of exposure. If you cleaned it, you need to repeat the procedure. It is also recommended to apply OliproxTM nail polish before going to bed. Like all nail fungus treatments, this one should be used for at least six months. I.e. until a new nail plate grows.
