Payment Policy

We prefer you to pay by PayPal. The easiest way to use PayPal is
to click on the PAY NOW button after you win the auction, or you can go back to
your ‘My eBay’ page in eBay and click on PAY NOW. If you DO NOT have a PayPal
account, you can also pay with a Credit Card by paying with PayPal, and they
will prompt you to enter your Credit Card Number! We no longer process any
Credit Card payments!

Shipping Policy

Please provide both the PO Box # and a physical address as not
to delay your shipment not all items can be delivered to a Post office box

We would be happy to offer our buyers combined shipping;
however, we have to go about combined shipping a little differently. Since eBay
has changed some things for us, we can no longer send invoices, but please
purchase all items at the same time, and add note to seller that says
“COMBINED SHIPPING” on all purchases, and we will refund shipping
overages after the order has been shipped if we are able to confirm that the
items have been combined into one shipment. Adding the note to seller on each
order should help us process the orders at the same time. We apologize for any
inconvenience, but this is the ONLY way we have to do this at this time.

NOTE: All International Buyers are responsible for
paying any DUTIES, TAXES, VAT or any other fees that you may be charged from
your Customs Department in your country. We do the best we can to keep these
fees low, but we are NOT responsible for paying them. If you have any questions
about these fees, please contact your country’s Customs Department for
clarification on current rules for importing goods into your country.

We are not able to link our live inventory into Ebay,

If you provide a non-deliverable address and the item is
returned to us we reserve the right to deduct any shipping expense that we
incur.

Warranty:

In the event that a product fails or has a defect:

The products are limited to the manufacture warranty; all
products will require warranty direct through the manufacturer, in which case
we will contact the manufacture in facilitating the return/replacement as
needed,

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of date of delivery. Unless
specified otherwise, Items must be returned in exact same condition as they
were sent in their original packaging with any bags, tags, stickers, etc. still
attached with all included pieces shown and described in the listing. We
reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in
unsatisfactory condition or that are incomplete, in which case, the buyer will
have the option to have the item returned at their expense. Any items returned after 30 days (with prior permission
from Dual Sport Armory LLC) may be subject to a Late Return Fee of 25%.

We would prefer that you contact us before starting a return,
especially if there is a problem with your item or with your order, as we may
be able to offer some other options to resolve an issue. Please note that ALL
returns MUST be returned with a supplied RMA number, or a refund may not be
issued. Please be sure to contact us to receive your RMA # as well as the
proper return address. Items returned to the incorrect location may not be
eligible for a refund. Items returned via “Return to Sender” or
“Refused” may be subject to additional fees to cover incurred return shipping
charges.

We receive around 100
emails/messages a day, and also work with customers in person on the phone.
Before emailing us with a question, please be sure to review the listing, as we
do our best to include all of the information we have available to us about the
items we are selling. If you need clarification about a detail in the ad, or have
a question that is not addressed in the listing, please feel free to send us a
message and ask! (Please note that our current response time is approximately
1-2 business days, depending on the time of the year.)

Photography

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, photographs used in our
listings are of the actual item you will be receiving. Photos are taken in a
studio setting and edited to most accurately show the item. Please keep in
mind, however, that each individual device is calibrated differently for color,
and colors of the actual item may appear slightly differently in person than
what you see on your screen. There unfortunately is not a way to control this,
so please be conscious of this when ordering any item online, especially if you
are trying to color-match. If the color(s) of an item is/are not to your
liking, you may return as “just didn’t like” (review return policy
above). All photos are copyrighted by Dual Sport Armory LLC (unless it is noted
that we are using a stock photo).
